Formeel After a fulfilling career in consultancy, training & coaching (1994 – 2023) and filmmaking (2012-2023) I have “thrown away my knowledge” and shifted my focus a few years ago to working with children/people with special needs + after having been a Senior Trainer/Coach in Human behavior, become a NT-2 teacher too (2026). Driven by a strong sense of justice and a profound desire to support those in vulnerable positions (humans and animals), I am committed to making a meaningful difference in this world. My background has equipped me with skills in communication, empathy, and strategic problem-solving, all of which I believe are invaluable in this field. Throughout my career, I have built strong professional relationships, guided individuals and teams toward growth and worked with great sensitivity to human dynamics. These experiences have shaped me into someone who can see the bigger picture while paying close attention to the details that matter most.
